Abby McIntosh

Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapy Practitioner
& Holistic Counsellor

My vision is to be a co-creator in the wellness of the world and the beings that are apart of it. My approach to therapy is influenced by an open-minded, patient and loving kindness and a base in mindfulness and creativity. I specialize in embodiment practices and art-therapy workshops which exist in the same space as a variety of other healing modalities that I use. By the age of 15, my form in this life on earth was riddled with fear and dis-ease. Suffering, I spent many years stagnant in this low vibration. Although, amongst the pain was a slither of hope that guided me to an eventual recovery. The hope was grounded in the support I had from others, in every therapist, author, artist, friend, family member and health professional whose insights helped me to help myself. It was the difference that they made that called me to my truth and helped me to realize that my purpose was to help others who may be suffering or those that want to optimize their wellbeing. This is what lead me to study towards a qualification in Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapy and what has led me to now. As you read my words, I connect with you as someone who has healed, as a qualified Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapy Practitioner and Holistic Counsellor. As a member of the International Meditation Teachers & Holistic Therapists Association, ready to support you and share with you the knowledge and understanding I have gained thus far. I hope to have the privilege of being a part of your journey and supporting you in creating the experiences that light you up inside.

What do they say?

"My experience with Abby was beyond anything I have ever done. It was pure and soulful. I especially enjoyed the creative dance that we did. I for once felt heard and was given ideas to leave with that I have continued to practice. Can't wait for my next session! 10/10 recommend."
