I have been involved in the healthcare industry for the majority of my working life, and many of those years were spent working in the corporate arena. Although I had many great experiences and successes, my stress levels had hit an all-time high and I wondered if this was it, or was there more to life? It was at this time that I started my search to find ways to reduce stress and live a more fulfilling life, one that offered me more purpose, balance and freedom.

 

I have always had an interest in how our brains work and what makes us tick. This led me to make the decision to retrain as a therapist in the wellness industry. I knew immediately I had found the right path, not only did it dramatically change my life and help me to obtain more balance and happiness, but it offered me the opportunity to share with others and help them transform their lives.

 

I opened Integrated Insights in January 2021. The vision was to create a space where individuals can explore, learn, heal, find balance and become empowered. I offer in-person appointments at my Stanmore Bay clinic for clients across Auckland and Rodney, with online sessions available worldwide.​
