Our light-filled top-floor workshop room is available to hire within Integrated Insights Wellness Clinic in Stanmore Bay.

At approximately 30m², the room provides a calm and flexible setting for wellness workshops, small group classes, courses, presentations, training sessions and community events.

The space can be arranged with an open floor for movement-based activities, with tables and chairs for interactive workshops, or with presentation-style seating.

Capacity

The room is best suited to approximately 8–12 people, depending on the activity and room layout. A few additional attendees may be accommodated when the chairs are arranged in presentation style.

Hire rates

Hourly: $30 + GST
Half day: $120 + GST (up to 5 hours)
Full day: $200 + GST (up to 9 hours)

The same hire rates apply on weekdays and weekends. All bookings are subject to availability. Please allow for setup and pack-down within your allocated booking time. Hirers are responsible for leaving the room clean and tidy and returning any tables, chairs or equipment to their original positions.

Terms & Conditions

Full payment is required to confirm and secure your booking.

  • Cancellations received in writing at least seven calendar days before the booking will receive a full refund or may be transferred once to another available date.

  • Cancellations received between 72 hours and seven calendar days before the booking will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations received less than 72 hours before the booking, and non-attendance, are non-refundable.

  • Any request to change the booking date will be treated as a cancellation unless otherwise agreed.

  • If Integrated Insights Wellness Clinic needs to cancel the booking, the hirer will receive a full refund or may transfer the booking to another available date.

Exceptional circumstances may be considered at the clinic’s discretion.
