Yin Yoga is a quiet, meditative yoga practice incorporating long held passive poses.  Primarily targeting the fascia - the connective tissue in our body. The purpose is to harmonise the flow of chi (energy) in the body. This restorative practice will compliment anything you are currently doing in your daily life. Great news is that you don't need ANY previous Yoga experience, and ANYONE can participate in this gentle practice.

These workshops are specifically designed and age appropriate for children to have fun while enjoying arts and crafts, making new friends, and learning new skills which will empower them as individuals. These workshops are split into three parts.
Part 1 - Getting the creative juices flowing, using arts and crafts.
Part 2 - They will learn valuable tools and techniques to empower them to manage their own emotions and learn how to turn on the switch to activate those "feel good" feelings.

Part 3 - The kids will enjoy a group hypnotherapy session clearing away any fears or anxiety and filling them with positivity, confidence and self-belief. Hypnotherapy is 100% safe and non invasive.
