Yin Yoga Classes
Yin Yoga is a quiet, meditative yoga practice incorporating long held passive poses. Primarily targeting the fascia - the connective tissue in our body. The purpose is to harmonise the flow of chi (energy) in the body. This restorative practice will compliment anything you are currently doing in your daily life. Great news is that you don't need ANY previous Yoga experience, and ANYONE can participate in this gentle practice.
CURRENT SCHEDULE
8 week term - 28th April - 23rd June.
Monday Morning: 9.15am - 10.25am
Monday Evening: 7pm - 8.10pm
$25 per class
